This video introduces the tennis two-handed backhand. In this series of videos, we outline the fundamentals of the shot -- the things that every single tennis player with a good two-handed backhand does. They are, in order: pivot and shoulder turn, racket back, swing to contact, and follow through.
Full Body Text:

There are a couple things every good player does when they hit a two-handed backhand.  We call these things the fundamentals. We've broken the fundamentals down into four steps:  Pivot and Shoulder Turn, Taking your Racket Back, Swinging Forward, and Following Through. In this section I'm going to tell you how to do each step, show you slow motion video of Frank doing each step, and then show you pictures of some of the top Pros on tour hitting their backhands and executing the fundamentals we've talked about here.

I would like to thank you for the super videos you have put together for tennis players. They are clearly demonstrated and the dialogue is easy to understand. I have watched them over and over again. Keep up the good work.

Tennis Backhand
This website is very useful to the layman of tennis playinsg such as me; however, I currently use one hand backhand but this website is not yet available on this. Will any video of handling one hand backhand be provided later?

left handed view
Great site and info, managed to help revive a long dormant game. However, given 90-95% of population is right handed it would be better for us visual learners to see it from a right handed perspetive.

Website layout
In my opinion, the older layout was more user friendly than the current website layout. This one seems a little more basic, and clunkier to get around

Backhand
Ok, I do not use a two hand backhand. I use a one hand backhand. The backhand is my trouble area though it's coming along but there is still trouble with it.
