How do you know which foot (left or right) is your “front foot” or “back foot”? At the beginning you show your stance and your front foot is the right one, but Tim Henman at 0:50 (who I think is serving to the same side you did) has his left foot as the front foot.

Question? is it better to not move your feet after the ball is tossed or is it a personal preference? i have a habit of tossing the ball then moving my feet. please give me some tips!!1 thanks
