		<description>Your web site and instructional videos are great.  However, I disagree with your statement that the rotational energy of the racquet during pronation provides power.  I think that it is the increased range of motion created by shoulder, forearm, and wrist pronation that generates power.</description>

		<description>Hi Will, I&#039;m big fan of your website!!! i find the hardest thing for me is that i always intend to pronate too fast! that means that i have already started the pronation before the L shape! i have very little a karate chop and already want to pronate to contact the ball!!! should i actually start with more supination so that i feel i have enough time to pronate to meet the ball.
