		<description>I think that you should be able to change your grip depending on where does the other player serves, just watch him carefuly, and you will know where is the ball coming</description>

		<description>What grip do you recommend when returning? I play a lot of doubles on the ad side and prefer a backhand grip to return....however a quick serve down the T to my forehand does cause a few problems. Any advice?
