u say that the arm position should not change….but…..roger federer has a bend elbow when he takes the racket back but he makes contact with a straight arm……
so what is the right technique????

when do you post the video on getting into more detail about the strengths and weaknesses of the various hitting-arm positions?

At 1:43 he also says that there’s a point where you set your arm.
How someone takes their arm back is a little to do with their style but one normally brings it back, and THEN they set their arm. Its after that that they shouldn’t change.
