Thanks once again for another great series of videos. How you break down the mechanics of all of these strokes makes all the difference in effective instructing. You add an element of science which means everything to those who (are new to the game - like me) and feel that tennis is all art. By following your step by step fundamentals, I can honestly say I see more consistency. Still a long way to go on this journey, but your videos atleast provide the appropriate bearing. That goes for all of your lesson videos - forehand, serve, backhand, etc. Thank you for putting them together and offering them online. They are an incredible learning tool.

Wow. The amount of comments here just go to show that many people are either really good with their backhands, or just like to neglect it. :D Anyways, if you ever find this Will, could you answer my question.
Here we go. I used to use a semi-western grip on both hands of my backhand.(Hopefully you get that :D) At one point I felt frustrated that I wasn't getting the power easily while hitting and started hitting hard. After 2 hard backhands my right wrist started to hurt quite a bit. Is it possible that having semi-western grip on my right hand of my backhand caused my wrist to be injured?

Hope you can answer my question.:D
P.S. I changed my right-hand grip to a continental and everything seems fine now :) , and great website you got here. Kudos to you and your crew.
