We’ve just uploaded the first video in our How to Beat a Pusher series to FYB Premium.
These videos are part of Block 7 — Manufacturing Offensive Situations. In this block we learn how to turn neutral rallies into offensive opportunities. Doing this against a pusher is an *extremely* effective strategy because his limited technique prevents him from implementing a viable counter-strategy.
Add in the concepts we learned earlier in the FYB System — Directionals (Block 4), Court Positioning (Block 5), and S.W.O.T. (Block 6) — and we can construct a winning strategy that is low risk and keeps the pusher on defense.

We’ve added Part 2 in our How to Beat a Pusher series. Our strategy revolves around taking the pusher out of his comfort zone. In the first segment, we learned how to do this by forcing him to hit a bigger shot than he’d like. Now we’re going to focus on taking the pusher out of his comfort zone by pressuring his technique.
